CHRISTMAS MORN with Black Seal

Now, we know it's not Christmas yet, but we always like to prepare early. Plus, this recipe is too good not to share! Enjoy!

CHRISTMAS MORN

2oz. Gosling's Black Seal Rum
1/4 cup Cocoa
1/2 cup Sugar
4 cups Half-and-half (one part milk and one part cream)
1/4 tsp Freshly ground nutmeg

Make a rich pot of hot chocolate using the cocoa, sugar, half-and-half and 1/3 cup of hot water. Add 2oz. Gosling's Black Seal Rum and 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground nutmeg into a mug and top with hot chocolate. Mix and serve.

Great on Christmas morning after a long party on Christmas Eve!
