1½ oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum
2-3 ripe blackberries
juice of ½ lime
1 sugar cube
2 dashes of Peychaud bitters
2-3 oz soda water
Muddle the blackberries, sugar cube, bitters and lime juice. Add Gosling's Black Seal Rum and shake on ice. Strain onto fresh ice and top with soda water.
